If you are an athlete interested in joining the Foundation, please fill out the athlete membership application. Athletic teams should fill out the team membership application.

The US Athletic Foundation is a non-profit donor funded organization proud to offer financial management services to all fields of athletics.  We offer donors the versatility to support any individual athlete, team, or the general Fund, which supports all athletes.

The Foundation was envisioned by financially challenged athletes and their supporters.  Working together we have created a training assistance fund to help promising athletes who are held back due to financial hardship.

Among the beneficiaries of the fund are 2009 U.S. Figure Skating Champion Alissa Czisny, a two-time member of the World Championship team. Czisny has won multiple medals on the Grand Prix of Figure Skating circuit, including 2005 Skate Canada gold, making her one of the top U.S. hopefuls for the 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
